Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hvtch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
License to Use Hvtch
Subject to these terms, Zero To Build LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Hvtch for your personal or internal business use in accordance with the product documentation.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, or distribute Hvtch except as allowed by applicable law or with our written permission.
Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing
Hvtch may offer free, subscription, and one-time purchase plans. Paid features are made available after successful payment through our checkout or payment provider.
Recurring plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Pricing, billing terms, taxes, and refund handling may also be subject to the policies of the payment processor used at checkout.
If you purchased Hvtch through a third-party platform, that platform may control certain billing, renewal, and refund workflows.
AI Features and BYOK
Some features allow you to generate rules using third-party AI providers. These features are optional and may require you to supply your own API key. Your use of those providers is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
You are responsible for your prompts, your provider account, your API usage charges, and compliance with the terms of the provider you choose.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Hvtch:
- In violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right
- To interfere with, disrupt, or damage the product or related systems
- To attempt unauthorized access to any service, data, or account
- To distribute malware or use the software in a harmful or abusive manner
You are responsible for reviewing your rules and confirming that the actions Hvtch takes on your files are appropriate for your workflow.
Ownership
Hvtch, including its software, branding, site content, and related intellectual property, is owned by Zero To Build LLC and its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Disclaimers
Hvtch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.
Because Hvtch can move and organize files based on rules you create, you should review rule behavior carefully and maintain your own backups where appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero To Build LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of Hvtch.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from or relating to Hvtch will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product during the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to paid or hosted parts of the service if you materially violate these terms. You may stop using Hvtch at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of Hvtch after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
